Lemon Loaf

Lately I've been loving lemon flavors. Especially that lemon pound cake from Starbucks. But Starbucks is expensive, and I have an oven so I thought I'd try to make a lemon loaf of my own. This lemon loaf is a little less sweet than the Starbucks one, and the flavor is natural, as I use lemon zest to flavor the loaf. It doesn't taste exactly like Starbucks, but it's still really delicious.

And if that's not awesome enough, the recipe is so simple. There are very few ingredients, and the lemon flavor comes from real lemons! Not flavoring and dyes. It tastes great, nd I definitely think you should try making it.

The recipe I used was from a website called Meraki Lane,  http://www.merakilane.com/simple-lemon-loaf/#_a5y_p=4404482

Here's the recipe, directly from the website:

I loved how this loaf turned out. It's a great snack and I really enjoyed making it. The lemon juice and sugar on top really added a lot of flavor and made it extra delicious!

Overall, you should really try this lemon loaf out. You won't regret it.

ENJOY!!
